Online Book Fair is Open

Our Spring Book Fair is coming to Cornelius Elementary next week, March 23-27.  The week’s schedule is:

Monday & Tuesday:  Students preview books

Wednesday – Friday:  Students return for purchasing

Thursday:  Special evening hours during Cornelius Celebrates the Arts

Friday:  BLT day!  Everyone is invited to come and enjoy Books & Lunch Together with your student.

Celebrate the Arts Raffle Tickets Collection

Just a reminder that tomorrow, 3/19, is the first collection date for Cornelius Celebrates the Arts raffle tickets.  All completed tickets and money should be returned in the envelope to your student’s teacher.  The next and final collection date will be next Wednesday, 3/25.  The raffle will be drawn at the Cornelius Celebrates the Arts event on Thursday, 3/27.

Art By Me – Order Today!

Order your Art By Me items today!  You should have received your child’s special work of art postcards in their Thursday folders.  Through Art By Me, a variety of unique products are available for you to purchase featuring your student’s art.  These items make wonderful gifts, while raising money for Cornelius Elementary.
Please note:  The deadline for all orders is FRIDAY, MARCH 27.  All orders received by 3/27, will be processed and received at the end of April.
Online ordering is highly recommended and helps the process run more smoothly.
1.  Order online:  Use your child’s unique Art By Me Artwork ID (found on the order form) to find the artwork online (www.artbyme.com/shop) to make purchases.  Share this with out of town family and friends, too!
2.  If you are unable to order online, turn in the order form and payment (checks made payable to “Art By Me”) to your child’s teacher.  Make sure to remove the 2 free postcards from the order form and staple the check to the order form.
3.  If you have more than one student at CES, please fill out an order form and submit payment for each child separately.  Please do not combine payments and orders on one form.
