We will be having a Beautification Day on September 22 from 8:30 to noon-ish. The United Way has offered volunteers to be on hand, as well as a local Girl Scout Troop. We will be pulling up dead shrubs and tidying up the grounds. This is a great event for Dads with shovels and gloves.  Bring your water and enthusiasm- no green thumb required!

DROP-OFF/ PICK-UP PROCEDURE

One of the top questions parents of new enrollees at CES have is how to drop-off/ pick-up their child in the morning and after school. Luckily, one of our awesome parents created this map showing the route to use during these congested times. We also have a video you can watch with additional info for walkers.

HERE COMES THE BUS

There is also a great app you can download for your phone or laptop called “Here Comes The Bus” which utilizes GPS data to allow you to track your student’s bus real-time location and receive alerts to help you get to the bus stop on time. To sign up, visit Here Comes the Bus and enter district code 73877. Follow the directions to download the app. You will need your student’s ID number. If you have questions about Here Comes the Bus, please reach out to CMS Transportation at 980-343-6715.

It is very important that your student’s teacher know how they will be getting home after school each day, especially the first week. Please be sure to include a note or view the form here.

Purchase online your PTO Membership* and student agenda (required for grades 2-5) to be delivered to your child’s classroom at the beginning of school. The form will also be sent home with your student during the first week.

If you need to acquire a car rider or walker pass, please send in a note with your student and a form will be sent home with them. These can also be found at the front desk.
