Cougar Families, just ONE WEEK until one of the best events of the year--CES Celebrates the Arts! Join us for a night of creativity, fun, and family! Starting at 5pm there will be a pre/post show social area outside the cafeteria near the back parking lot (Ice cream, photo ops, flowers for purchase). The book fair (in the mediea center) and art expo (on display in the halls) will also be open at this time for families to explore & shop. At 6pm, grab a seat in the cafeteria for our student talent show which is always a highlight of the year! Post-show, head out back to mingle with our little performers and celebrate the evening! Can you smell that new book excitement? I’s almost Book Fair time! The Book Fair kicks off at CES next Monday, March 23rd and runs until Friday March 27th at noon. Students will preview books Mon/Tues and then have the opportunity to make purchases Wed/Thurs/Fri. We will also be open before school starting at 8:15am and from 5pm-7:30pm on Thursday night during CES Celebrates the Arts. Every purchase benefits CES, thank you for your support! Set up your child's ewallet today for easy book fair purchases! So proud of our talented CES students who performed in the Rainbow Fish musical yesterday! Thank you to Destiney @dcplayers for working with this sweet group! They did an amazing job! 🌈 🐟 Don’t want to send cash, checks or credit cards into school with your student for the Book Fair? Set up their eWallet instead! The eWallet is a quick and easy way for students to make purchases at the book fair. Simply follow the link below and add funds to your students account. The funds will be available in our system when your student checks out at the Book Fair! The Book Fair begins Monday, March 22nd, so set up your student’s eWallet today. Signs of spring at CES! Have you noticed the new daffodils lining our entrance? These were planted by our Beautification Glam Squad in the fall and we’ll continue to see new plants pop up as the Butterfly Garden emerges! 🌼 🌱 🪴 📚Get excited, Cougars! The Scholastic Book Fair is coming back to CES in just two weeks (March 23–27)! So proud of our Battle of the Books team! https://www.instagram.com/reel/DVeNrH7kQYB/ March updates:
