Though we are all enjoying our summers, school will be here before we know it! Your PTO wants to share just a few reminders:

• Order your back-to-school supplies before August 9 with School Tool Box!  One-stop-shopping covers everything your student needs for their grade level.  All orders made before August 9 will arrive before the first day of school. CLICK HERE and search for “Cornelius Elementary”

• To all KINDERGARTEN parents: Popsicles on the Playground will be August 22 from 4:00 to 5:00pm. This is a great chance for your kids to meet their classmates, ask the staff questions and enjoy some popsicles!

• Open House will be held on August 23 from 3:00 to 5:00pm. Come get your agendas, transportation documents and of course, your Cornelius Cougar Spirit Wear!

• First Day of School is August 27.

• It’s never to early to plan a date night! The CES PTO Backyard Social and Silent Auction will be held on September 21. This casual, adult-only event is the perfect way to kick off the new school year, meet other CES parents and support the school. Tickets go on sale August 1.
