Have you heard about “Pennies for Pages?”  We are doing something different this spring to help our classmates who may not otherwise be able to purchase books at the Book Fair. If you would like to participate, please have your student bring in NICKELS today. The classroom that collects the most money during “Pennies for Pages” will win a s’more party during April Power Time, as well as additional books for their teacher’s classroom.

As you know, the S’more fun Book Fair started today and we need YOU! We do not have enough volunteers!

Volunteers will help the children write their wish list and help them shop with their class.

Our S’more spring book fair begins on TODAY, Monday, March 13! We hope your students are excited. Students will be visiting the book fair with their classes to preview books on today and tomorrow, then return Wednesday-Friday to make purchases. Your teacher will provide you with preview and purchase dates. Parents, grandparents and special friends are invited to attend at any time during the week! 

Book fair hours are:

Mon & Tues: 9:00am – 2pm

Wed-Fri: 8:15am – 1:30pm

SPECIAL HOURS: Thursday from 5-7:30pm during Cornelius Celebrates the Arts

Join us this Thursday, March 16th for Cornelius Celebrates the Arts! View YOUR student’s artwork in the Galapagos Exhibit, watch the Talent Show, visit the Spring Book Fair and check out our sponsor booths. Tender’s and Whit’s will be available for purchase (cash only) and there will be prizes and surprises throughout the night. Be a part of the CES Community and stop by for music, entertainment and support the Arts at our school.
