Tuesday, March 21, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Cornelius Elementary will be hosting an International Fair.  Families, come explore many cultures of our student body and beyond. Native attire encouraged for all attendees. Classrooms will offer a country-specific focus, and be sure to visit the media center and cafeteria for additional food, entertainment, and crafts. Marketplace will be selling items from different countries, and 10% of the proceeds will go to Cornelius PTO. Don’t forget to pick up your CES “passport” at the door before you travel the school globe!

Tuesday, March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day.  As a school, we are asking that students wear blue/yellow that day along with mismatched socks.  This will be done worldwide to acknowledge the day.   Thank you for your support!

To all the volunteers, parents that visited and students and staff that participated at the Book Fair- thank you!  It was a great week at the Book Fair and we owe its success to you all. Our total earned so far is $13807.43-that’s amazing! We really appreciate your support and couldn’t have done it without you!

Art By Me Order Forms were sent home in the 3/16 blue communication folders. Orders are due Friday, March 31st.
