Popsicles on the Playground is TODAY, August 21, from 4:00-5:00pm on the CES front playground. All rising kindergartners and their families are invited to attend.  This is a great chance to meet classmates before school begins.  Cornelius PTO and CES Staff will be present to welcome you.  PTO Memberships and Spirit Wear will be available for purchase.

Cornelius Elementary Open House is tomorrow, August 22, from 11:00am – 1:00pm.  Come with your students to meet the teachers and see their classrooms.

Time to Re-Link your Harris Teeter VIC Card!  Beginning August 1, Harris Teeter VIC cards need to be relinked to Cornelius Elementary to earn for the 2014-15 school year.  To relink your card, please tell your cashier to enter #1910 – Cornelius Elementary at check out.  Or, you can relink your card online by clicking here.

Save the date for the Cornelius Elementary PTO’s 1st Annual Investing in Excellence Fundraiser! 

Please join us on Saturday, September 13 from 7:00-10:00pm at the Galway Hooker in Cornelius for a night of fun, heavy appetizers, silent auction and more.  All proceeds will go to Cornelius Elementary’s students and staff.  The whole community is invited to attend!

Tickets are $25.00 per person and will be on sale beginning August 22 at Open House.
