If you are submitting your contributions by cash or check, please put your student’s full name on your envelope and have your child give their envelope to their teacher Friday upon arrival. Fill out your form and include all checks and cash. If you lost your form, print here or add student/teacher name to any envelope. Online donations can be made until 8:00am on Friday, October 27.

Donations received after Friday’s collection deadlines will not be considered for price level eligibility.
