Rachelle and her family are from North Carolina, and have lived in Cornelius since 2009. She has a 3rd grader, Eloise, and a 5th grader, Bernice, attending CES in 2020. Rachelle is also a Girl Scout leader for a local chapter, and loves spending time with children. This is her fourth year on the PTO Board. She has served as Secretary, President Elect, and this is her second year as Co-President! She values the PTO and the wonderful people she has met in the past few years.
